What was the highlight of Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort
„Superschöne Anlage mit Spaß im WasserPark und ausgezeichnetem Essen und Service.
Schönes Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Pool im neuen Teil hinter dem Wasserpark. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt mit vielen Pflanzen. Pools sind groß und es gibt genügend Liegen. Die mit Handtüchern vor dem Frühstück reservierte Liegen werden vom Personal wieder freigemacht. Das finde ich konsequent und gut. Auch am Strand war immer was frei. Durch die künstlich angelegte Bucht kann man auch bei dem für die Nordseite von Kreta typisch starken Wind schwimmen. Die Betonbucht ist nicht schön aber somit zweckdienlich. Wasserpark ist recht voll gewesen dafür für Kinder und Erwachsene cool und lustig. Essen ist ausgezeichnet in allen Restaurants. Auch das Hauptrestaurant Poseidon dürfte frisch renoviert worden sein und fand es voll ok. Natürlich ist in der Hauptsaison mit vielen Familien viel los allerdings kaum Wartezeiten und wird immer nachgefüllt so, dass nie was aus war. In den Themenrestaurants ist Bedienung und sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Themenrestaurants sind erst ab 7 Tagen kostenfrei inklusive. Das habe ich bei der Buchung nicht gesehen und wegen den günstigeren Flügen nur 6 Nächte genommen. Gab vor Ort eine kulante Lösung allerdings haben wir schon was zahlen müssen und deshalb nicht alle Restaurants gebucht. Da wir mit Freunden dort waren die 7 Nächte hatten war es nicht optimal. Verstehe nicht warum man bei über 400€ die Nacht dann noch 20-30€ pro Hauptsspeise dazuzahlen soll und das obwohl man dafür beim Buffet ja nicht isst und die Qualität ist gleich hoch bzw. teilweise sind es die gleichen Speisen. Kleidervorschrift mit langen Hosen für Männer im Sommer finde ich nicht passend für einen Urlaub und ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wollte deshalb schon gar nicht buchen. Es hat sich allerdings kaum wer daran gehalten und Smart Casual mit kurzer Hose war voll ok.
