Set on a private part of Analipsi Beach, Stella Palace features 2 lagoon-style swimming pools, 3 children’s pools and 2 tennis courts. Its elegant rooms and suites are surrounded by tall palm trees and landscaped gardens.

All air-conditioned units feature stylish furnishings in earthy tones and overlook the garden, the pools or the Cretan Sea. They come with a satellite TV, mini fridge, slippers and free toiletries. Some units also have their own pool with wooden sun deck.

My stay was spectacular, everything was 10/10, especially the service!

I stayed here for two nights but I wish it had been a week! One of the best resorts I have been to in the world! Not just because of how beautiful and clean the resort is, but also how incredible the service is! I was here for my honeymoon but we decided to take my daughter with us, the hotel caters to all needs. They have a beautiful play area which is safe and fun for children, we were able to leave my daughter and have some alone time. But we also were able to enjoy a lot of activities with my daughter on site! I could write a very long review because I was impressed! The room was spacious and beautiful (we got upgraded for free)! They have lots of amazing restaurants on site! Every single person who works at Stella Aqua Park is incredible! But a special thanks to Anna-Maria who made sure we had a wonderful stay! Like I said I have write all day but I will just end by saying this place is 10/10! Again thank you so much Ana-Maria for everything.

Great resort for family holidays

Brilliant resort for family holidays. Highly recommended, my children didn’t want to leave! Food is very good with loads of choices Children had a ball with water park and kids club Staff is very pleasant and helpful

Cold water at the water park but I read some reviews before coming and I bought full swimming gear and it was fine for children. I would recommend that if family coming around October/November. Once you’re in the water, you are fine and really enjoy slides

Stunning hotel, fabulous staff

The room was spectacular, large, light and comfortable. Huge king-size bed with a single as well. Outdoor space was lovely, two sun loungers, two chairs, two tables and an umbrella. Then the pool! Staff were so friendly and kind everywhere. The food was brilliant, lots of choice and different places to eat. We had a birthday on our last day, 4 cakes were offered! Even a cake with candle at breakfast. A very special hotel.

If you are looking for peace and quiet then this is not quite it. But it is quiet at night.

very family friendly hotel, a lot of thinking about kids. even there were many guests, it never feels busy because there are many places to hang out and enjoy the time.

the food was great, but there was not much selection of fish, vegetarian dishes.

Excellent hotel, choose your room wisely

Facilities,food and staff were all excellent.

Our room (Poolside family suite with jacuzzi) was adequate but a bit disappointing. It was newly refurbished and very clean but was small and nothing like the hotel photos. It was hardly a “suite” and the “jacuzzi” was a bath with jets which we never used. Front and rear doors opened directly onto the bedrooms and there was no additional space, not even a chair to sit on. Outside decking area was tiny and scruffy and had not been refurbished. Just space for a table and two chairs ( one of which was stolen on day one!) for the four of us! and a clothes airer. The room was located next to the main entertainment venue so the noise was deafening until around 10.30pm. Generally though the hotel is excellent (it was our second visit) but next time I will be a bit more selective when choosing where to stay.

Wonderful

The pools - big and clean. Large space for may people to enjoy. The water park is very big and diverse. It is best for all ages, from very young children to elderly people. The place is a big for everyone to enjoy and also relax at the same time.

The room - The bed was too small and too soft. The single bed is not comfortable. The pillows were not the best for 5 stars hotel. The dining room - the major dining room - is too noisy. The food is almost the same every day.

Everything from the staff, atmosphere and amenities!

Room was too hot, even after someone came to fix it, still never cooled down so it was hard to sleep. Back screen door would not lock.

Lovely stay with lovely staff

Good food - especially breakfast at Veranda, lunch at Elia and a la carte from Enso. Great water park - kept the kids entertained. Close to airport and super easy to hire a car for day trips.

Freezing cold pools Had to stay seven nights to get access to a la carte restaurants on more than one night. Fridge in our room didn’t work.

Amazing food. Great value staff exceptional Loved it

There is not enough for 12-16 age group. Only one table tennis table which was always in use. No organised stuff Other inclusive catered for this age group. This was a huge disappointment as grandparents with a 14 & 15 year old.

Beautiful hotel, loved the aesthetic. Staff were friendly and professional. Very smart

Nothing to complain about. The only slight down side is the physical location as there is not much to see / do outside the resort, but we were happy to stay and use the great hotel facilities
